Heard Sri Brijesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajiv Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State- respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 106 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 191(3), 61(2) BNS, Police Station Madanpur, District Deoria, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on the basis of false allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter alongwith eight others including co-accused Katvaroo Paswan and Ramesh Paswan and after considering entire facts of the case, both the co-accused have been released on bail by this Court and bail order of co-accused Ramesh Paswan has been annexed as annexure-74 to the affidavit and co-accused Katvaroo
