The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 07 of 2025, under Sections 3(5), 115(2), 351(3), 352, 109, 103(1) BNS, Police Station- Gulariha, District- Gorakhpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3.
