Heard Sri Upendra Kumar Pushkar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manav Chaurasia, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 320 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 309(4), 317(2) B.N.S., Police Station Lodha, District Aligarh during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, applicant is not named in the FIR and during investigation he has been made accused in the present matter through the statement of co-accused Mohit and after considering the entire facts of the case, co-accused Mohit has been released on bail and his bail order has been annexed at page-66 of the paper-book and on facts, case of applicant is at par with him. 4.
