Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and perused the record. 3. The instant bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.48 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 (for short, the "Gangsters Act"), Police Station Narkhi, District Firozabad during the pendency of the trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that provisions of U.P.
