Heard Shri Rajesh Singh Baish, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Punit Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Karan Vishwakarma, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 38 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of Cow Slaughter Act, Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act and Section 325 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Syed Raza , District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.3.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that during interception, six alive animals were recovered. There was no recovery of any meat or beef from the possession of the applicant. He
