Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State- respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 209 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 109, 3(5), 191(2), 191(3), 333 BNS and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mandi Dhanaura, District Amroha, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that as per allegation due to the fire opened by applicant and other accused persons, one person died and one person sustained injuries but it appears on the basis of false allegations, applicant has been made accused in the present matter. 4.
