Learned A.G.A. has stated in Court that the Investigating Officer has informed him orally that the pregnancy sustained by the victim has been terminated. 3. Heard Sri Anil Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri R.M. Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. None is present on behalf of the informant. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 599 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(2), 87 B.N.S. and 5(M), 5(J) (ii)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Katra, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 5.
