Heard Shri Somdev Dixit, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Shri Anil Kumar Singh, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant seeking bail in Case Crime No. 13/2014, under Sections 147/148/336/436/504/506/323/332/353/427 IPC ad section 7 of the Criminal Amendment Act and sections 3/4 of Prevention of Public Property to Damage Act, Police Station- Sirsaganj, District - Firozabad. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present crime.
