Heard Sri Vinay Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vijay Bahadur Maurya, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 218 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Mauaima, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with others including co-accused Mahfooz @ Mohd. Mahfooz, Afsar @ Yar Mohammad and Rukhsar @ Aajmat and after considering the entire facts of the case, all the above three co- accused have been released on bail by this Court and their bail orders have been annexed as Annexure-13 to the affidavit and on facts case of applicant is at par with them. 4.
