The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 564 of 2024, under Sections 103, 351(2), 61(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3) BNS, Police Station Sector-63, Noida, District Gautam Buddh Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation name of applicant has been disclosed. 4.
