Heard Sri Imran Ullah, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Prashant Ji Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri Rajeev Dhar Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 213 of 2024, under Sections 302, 120-B IPC, Police Station- Jhinjhana, District- Shamli, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 25.05.2024 at about 1:54 hours against applicant and three others and some unknown persons and according to the FIR, on 24.05.2024 at about 7:00 p.m. in the evening, applicant and other accused persons made assault upon the uncle of the informant. It is further mentioned in the FIR, applicant caused injury to him through spade while others caused injury through bricks and
