This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sabban Ahmad, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 0819 of 2022, under Sections420, 424, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC read with Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Beta-2, District Gautam Buddha Nagar.
