As informed by learned A.G.A., notice has been served to the informant on 25.4.2025. 2. Heard Sri Pramod Kumar, learned Advocate holding brief for Sri R S Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 151 of 2025, U/S 64, 351(2), 352 B.N.S.S. and 5L/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Shahjanwa, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. He has nothing to do with the said offence. 6. Learned counsel has further argued that the allegations in the FIR stand falsified from the statement of the victim recorded u/s 183 B.N.S.S.
