Learned counsel for the informant is not present. 2. Compliance affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Kuldeep Johri, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.320 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 65(1), 351(2) B.N.S. and 3/4(2) POCSO Act, Police Station- Ganj, District- Rampur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim by taking her to some hotel on 7.12.2024 at about 09:30 p.m. on his motorcycle and had thereupon dropped her. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The
