The instant application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with the prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 74 of 2023, under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 302, 307, 504 and 506 IPC, Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3(1) of U.P.
