The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No.14 of 2025, under Sections 103(2), 238(A), 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Mugalsarai, District- Chandauli, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has beeen made accused in the present mater alongwith co-accused Laxmi Devi and Sangeeta and both the above co-accused have been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 29.04.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
