Heard Sri Raju Kanaujia, learned counsel for the applicant, Ms. Rasmi Khilwani, learned counsel for the complainant and Sri Santosh Nigam, learned AGA for the State-respondent. 2. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 231 of 2020, under Sections 376-AB, 302, 201 IPC & 9m/10 POCSO Act, Police Station- Bakewar, District- Etawah, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that initially FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person with regard to kidnapping of daughter of the informant aged about 9 years under Section 363 IPC on 08.10.2019 but after recovery of her dead body from a well case was converted under Sections 302, 201 IPC and when during investigation, it could not be revealed, who caused death of the deceased then final report was submitted and during pendency of
