Present criminal appeal has been preferred against judgment and order dated 19.2.2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.4, Gaziabad in Sessions Trial No. 277 of 2000. 2. Perused the office report dated 15.5.2025 based on the report of C.J.M., Ghaziabad dated 27.11.2023 to the effect that the sole appellant Hari Om died on 18.11.2008. In support of his report, statements of Subhash Chand Tomar and Ramesh Tomar, both sons of the appellant Hari Om, the informant Kushalpal Singh son of Kharak Singh and the death certificate are also annexed. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal stands abated. However, record of the present appeal shall remain connected with the leading appeal.
