Heard Shri Mukhtar Alam, learned counsel for the surviving appellant nos.3 and 4 and learned AGA for the State. 2. Vide order dated 15.11.2021, the matter was referred to the Juvenile Justice Board, Agra and the Juvenile Justice Board has submitted its decision dated 27.03.2025, by which, the conviction of the surviving juvenile accused dated 05.01.1987 was upheld. However, the punishment was awarded accordingly treating them to be juvenile. 3. At the very outset, Shri Mukhtar Alam, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that in such view of the matter, the appeal has become infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly. 5. Accordingly, the appeal in respect of appellant nos.3 and 4, namely, Ranjeet Singh and Harnam alias Gilmit, stands disposed of in terms of the order of Juvenile Justice Board dated 27.03.2025.
