Hon'ble Saumitra Dayal Singh,J. Hon'ble Sandeep Jain,J. 1. Case is called out. 2. Heard Sri L.D. Rajbhar, learned A.G.A. and perused the record. 3. This appeal arises out of impugned judgement and order dated 29.08.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge S.C./S.T. Act, Jhansi in Special Trial No.08 of 2014 (State Vs. Manoj Kumar Prajapati), arising out of Case Crime No.215 of 2013, under Sections 363 & 366 I.P.C. and Section 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station-Sipri Bazar, District-Jhansi and the maximum sentence awarded to the accused appellant is life imprisonment for the offence under Section 3(2)5 S.C./S.T. Act. The rest of the sentences are lesser sentences and all the sentences have been ordered to run concurrently. 4. On the last day, learned counsel for the appellant has orally informed that the appellant has died.
