OF DELHI) .....Respondent Through: Mr. Nawal Kishore Jha, APP for State with SI Pradeep Kumar, PS Rajouri Garden. CORAM: JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA JUDGMENT (ORAL) 1. The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 720/2024 of PS Rajouri Garden for offences under Section 140(3)/3(5) of BNS. Learned APP submits that the Status Report was filed on 12.05.2025 after supplying advance copy but the same is not on record, so fresh copy of Status Report submitted by learned APP across the board is accepted, to be scanned and made part of the record. 2.
