Shri Arun Mishra, Advocate, after making submissions at some length, concedes that a previous writ petition bearing No. 9703 of 2024 filed by the petitioner, inter alia, for the same relief i.e. for prohibiting the respondents from imposing transfer levy was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 23.10.2024 and therefore, the instant petition would be second petition, and therefore prays for dismissal of the petition as not pressed. 2.
