Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a very distant date in the month of May, 2025 has been fixed in the case. 2. If that is the case, the petitioner can move an application for expeditiously fixing a date in the case and the Debts Recovery Tribunal on that date may make an endeavour to decide the application for interim relief. 3.
