The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2-Consolidation Officer, Meerut to decide the Recall Application of petitioner dated 10.09.2024 in Case No. 42/2022551152030001 (Harkaran Singh Vains vs. Hardarshan Singh & Others) under Section 12 of the U.P.C.H.
