The instant petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Consolidation Officer Rambagh, District-Mirzapur to decide the Stay Application dated 03.05.2024 filed by the petitioner in Case No. 157 and it's Computer No. 202454165331010572 (Rajnish Ranjan Vs.
