And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Avneesh Tripathi,Raghwendra Prasad Mishra Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus direction to the respondent no. 4 to pay Rs. 33541/- to the petitioner against the remaining arrears of G.P.F. amount along with interest, with in stipulated time." In the considered view of the Court, petitioner should first approach the authority by making representation and it is provided that if the petitioner makes a representation before the respondent no. 4 through the respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order, the respondent no. 3 shall forward the same to the respondent no. 4 immediately and respondent no. 4 shall be taking final decision in the matter withi
