Petitioner is claiming appointment of her daughter pursuant to the letter of Board dated 16th July, 2010 for the losers effected by the land acquisition. In the considered view of the Court, since railway department stands notified under Section 14 of Central Administrative Tribunals Act, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal by moving an appropriate original application.
