Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is identically placed to one Gurubendra Singh, whose writ petition has been dismissed with liberty to file afresh as and when the vacancy is available. Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the above facts. In view of the above, this petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ - A No.- 19182 of 2022 (Gurubendra Singh v.
