Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that Crime No.16 of 2025, under Section 329(4), 296, 79, 115(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BNS is registered on the file of Rentachintala Police Station, and that the petitioners are being called for investigation purposes.
