The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent No.3 and are repeatedly being called to the police station, where they are being pressured to pay an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- to some unknown persons who are allegedly instigating respondent No.3 to force the petitioners to make such amount. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioner No.1 is the mother of petitioner No.2 and petitioner No.3 is the wife of the petitioner No.2. 3.
