The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are not interfering with the peace of the petitioner. 2 3. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose off the writ petition at the admission stage by directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to disturb the peace of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 4.
