GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following order: The petitioners claim that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the residential houses bearing Nos.3-42, 3-41 & 13- 66, admeasuring an extent of Ac.2.00 cents each in R.S.No.381/5 of Tummalapalli Village, Allavaram Mandal, East Godavari District. It is the case of the petitioners that the respondents are trying to interfere with their possession on the ground that the land in which houses of the petitioners are existing, is required for constructions of Government Buildings i.e., Grama Sachivalayam and Rythubharosa Kendram etc. It is their further case that they are in possession and enjoyment of the subject lands from the past three generation, and in view of the same, they raised
