Though this petition, as it has been drafted and filed by the petitioner, who appears in person, has several defects, the essential grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the petitioner’s prayer for interim relief has not been considered by the Central Administrative 2. We see from the record that the Tribunal has, by order dated 9 January 2025, granted time to the respondents to file reply. 3. It appears that, till date, there is no decision by the Tribunal, even ad interim, on the prayer for interim relief as contained in para 8 of the OA filed by the petitioner. 4.
