Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned District Judge (Commercial Court) and has filed a suit seeking recovery. 2. The evidence has already been led by both the parties and final arguments have also been heard by the learned Commercial Court and the case is, reportedly, fixed for judgment tomorrow i.e. 18.03.2025 at 2:00 P.M. 3. According to plaintiff, effect it had submitted brief synopsis before the learned Commercial Court on 05.03.2025 and along with the brief synopsis, they had also relied upon several judgments and petitioner apprehends that such written arguments may not even be considered by the learned Trial Court. 4. Since the case is already fixed for judgment for tomorrow, this Court does not find any real requirement of interfering in the matter. 5.
