After some hearing, Mr. Kundan Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition as he submits that there are certain errors in the order of the Central Administrative Tribunal1 regarding which he would prefer to file a review petition before the Tribunal. 2. In that view of the matter, leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. 3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 1 “the Tribunal”, hereinafter 4.
