The Delhi Transport Corporation1, by this writ petition, challenges orders dated 23 December 2015 in OA 31/20152 and order dated 8 February 2016 in RA 32/20163, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal4. 1 “DTC”, hereinafter 2 Anil Luthra v DTC 3 DTC v Anil Luthra 4 “the Tribunal”, hereinafter 2. The issue in controversy is short, but recurring. Till 27 November 1992, all employees of the DTC were covered by the Contributory Provident Fund Scheme5. Vide Office Order dated 27 November 19926, the DTC introduced the GPF7-cum-Pension Scheme8.
