Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Civil Revision Petition was filed challenging the interim order passed in I.A.No.401 of 2023 in O.S.No.67 of 2021 under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act. He submits that the suit itself has been decided and has been decreed. Consequently, he submits that the Civil Revision Petition be dismissed as infructuous. 3. Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed. ______________
