Advocates are abstaining from judicial work. Learned AGA for the State is present. 2. This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No. 3 & 4 to conduct fair and impartial inquiry/investigation pertaining to Case Crime No. 0039 of 2025, u/S 80(2), 85, 351(3), 115(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 D.P.Act, P.S. - Kaila Devi, District- Sambhal." 3. The record in question reflects that fair investigation is not being conducted on account of influence exercised by the accused persons. 4.
