Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to produce progress report of investigation in FIR No.0637 of 2022, P.S.Ghatampur, District-Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's husband was murdered and Panchayatnama was conducted by the concerned police and during course of post mortem examination, viscera was preserved for expert opinion. He further contended that due to pressure of political party when FIR was not being registered, she filed an application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. and after passing of order on 06.12.2022 by the concerned Magistrate, the FIR was registered and direction for conducting investigation was issued.
