Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and Shri Vineet Vikram, learned counsel for the informant, who has entered his appearance today. 2. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 28.02.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0111 of 2025 under Sections 191(2), 316(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 74, and 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S.) at Police Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh and with a further prayer not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned F.I.R. 3.
