Hon'ble Prashant Kumar,J. 1.Learned counsel for the petitioners states on instructions that as there is certain deficiency in the writ petition, the petitioners do not want to press the writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 2. Accordingly, with the aforesaid leave, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of the impugned FIR shall be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining a photostat copy of the same in the records.
