Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 3. Heard Sri Shivakant, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ram Sumer Chaudhary, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri J.K. Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 10 of 2025, U/S 85, 115(2), 351(2), 64, 352, 333 B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Khakhreru, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant, who is the brother-in-law (devar) of the victim, is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him. It is stated that FIR is delayed by 11 days and there is no explanation of the said delay
