Supplementary affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Shivam Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ajay Singh Sengar, learned counsel for the informant, as well as Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 605 of 2024, under Sections 76, 69, 115(2) B.N.S., Police Station Auraiya, District Auraiya, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with the two victims (V1) and (V2) for a period of three years on the false promise of marriage and had later on refused to comply with the said promise. One of the victim is a divorcee(V1), aged about 32 years and another is a widow(V2), aged about 43 years. The applicant
