Heard Sri Arjun Singh Solanki, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Nagendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0117 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, 2012, Police Station Sikandarpur Vaishya, District Kasganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
