Heard Sri Indrajeet Kumar Shukla, holding brief of Sri Virpratap Singh, learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ramesh Rajpoot Alias Anil, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 29/2024, under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of B.N.S and 66 of I.T. Act,, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Hamirpur, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the unknown accused in the F.I.R. of committing online fraud.
