Heard Sri Alok Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ram Mohit Yadav, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the material placed on record. 3. Supplementary affidavit filed by the learned counsel for the applicant today is taken on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 322 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 70(1), 126(2) of BNS, Police Station Geeda, District Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. It is next stated that the informant and the victim have been examined as PW-1 and PW-2 respectively during trial and they have completely resiled from their earlier statements and have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile.
