Heard Sri Rajrshi Gupta and Sri Neeraj Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Sukhpreet Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 68/2024, under Sections 318(4), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S, and section 66-D of I.T. Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Meerut, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the unknown accused of committing the offence of online fraud.
