Counsel for Applicant :- Ajay Kumar Tiwari,Premendra Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant Sachin, with a prayer to release him on bail in case crime No.20/2024, Under Section 318(4), 336(3), 338 (2), 317 Β.N.S. & 66 I.T. Act, P.S. Cyber Crime, District Mainpuri during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing online fraud. Counsel for the applicant submits that he was arrested along with co-accused, Rajat and recovery was made from the co- accused and not from the applicant. He has criminal history of two cases which has been explained in the affidavit. The applicant is languishing in jail since 13.10.2024. Per contra learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant by contending that the innocence of the applicant cannot be adjudged at pre-trial stage, the
