Counsel for Applicant :- Dheeraj Kumar Singh Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Siddharth,J. Rejoinder affidavit filed by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on record. Counsel for the applicant submits that the bail application of applicant has been further rejected for committing offences under Section 29/60 N.D.P.S. Act. Bail rejection order under the aforesaid section has been filed before this Court by means of the rejoinder affidavit. Counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the prayer of the bail application during course of the day. Heard learned counsel for applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been preferred by the accused-applicant, Baljeet Singh Alias Sonu Mantri, who is involved in Case Crime No. 189 of 2024, under section 8/20, 29/60 of the N.D.P.S.
