Learned A.G.A. has informed that notice to the informant has been served on 11.2.2025. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri A.K. Shukla, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 136 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is the consenting party, as per her own statement recorded u/s 164 Cr.P.C. By her looks, she seems to be major, although she is about 17 years old. 5.
